- Apply the cream in the evening to cleansed skin.
- Spread a small amount of cream over the face and neck.
- Massage the cream in with gentle movements until it is fully absorbed.

If you have sensitive skin, you can spread out the applications at the start of the treatment. If the product is well tolerated, you can increase the frequency of applications starting from the second week.
